Circledin is a community of users with a common interest in saving. We developed this platform to help individuals save on their monthly expenses so that you can put more money back into your pockets! We also donate 1% of our time to volunteer at a charitable cause and 1% of our profits to a charitable foundation. Read more on our About Us page.

We connect individual subscribers to a family plan to maximize savings. We are like the Uber Pool for mobile plans. Circlein to a family and start receiving all the benefits from sharing a plan with each other!

Pricing is dynamic based on the amount of lines in an account. We maximize family sizes to give you the cheapest rate available that is offered by any of the premium carriers in the United States, guaranteed.

We divide the total cost of the subscription based on the amount of screens a streaming service offers. The Account Owner is responsible for the total cost of the bill.

For example: Account Owner posts up Netflix Premium which is $19.99/month. There are up to 4 screens, so the cost of each screen comes out to $5.00.
If only one member joins their Circle, the Account Owner will be paid out $5.00. They are responsible for the cost of their other screens.

A private plan is not visible on the Circledin platform to the general public. Only members approved by the Account Owner can join if they receive a sharing link. You can share this link with people you trust such as family or close friends. Circledin will handle payments for private Circles, however the the lowest price and on-time payments are not guaranteed. A public plan is listed on Circledin and any member can choose to join the plan. Members will be slotted in after the Account Owner approves them.

No. WLNP (Wireless Local Number Portability) is a wireless consumer’s ability to change service providers within the same local area and keep the same phone number. The FCC rules require WLNP to be available to all customers coming from different wireless carriers, meaning that you are able to keep your current phone number.

Carriers do have activation fees, however some Circles can get their activation fees waived through special discounts. Activation fees are a one-time charge that typically range from $30-$40.

To provide a trusted seamless experience we verify all of our Account Owners. Additionally, Account Owners agree to go through a transition of service in the event that they decide to leave for a new carrier.

If a member in the Circle leaves, the price will change dynamically to accommodate for the leaving member. We recommend having more than the minimum amount of members in your account to maximize savings in the event that someone leaves.

We streamline the payment process so that you’re not requesting payments from your family members each month. Additionally, we’ll handle any issues, upgrades, and will always ensure that your plan is up to date with the maximum savings.

No. We simply connect members to an Account Owner, handle payments, and provide the best customer experience there is.

Absolutely! During the process of joining a Circle, you will be prompted to fill out a questionnaire where you will need to fill out information regarding getting a new number.

We highly recommend visiting the mobile carrier's website to see if your current phone is compatible with their network. Feel free to reach out to Circledin support to get assistance.

Circledin makes payments automatic and seamless. When you are ready to join a Circle, you’ll input your payment information on our secure website. Circledin uses a payment system that is a PCI Service Provider Level 1. which is the highest grade of payment processing security. Each month you’ll be billed for your cell phone line automatically.

Circledin guarantees full payment to the Account Owner each month so that your services are not disrupted when someone forgets to pay.

We keep the subscription fee as low as possible to put more savings back into your pocket. This subscription fee allows us to keep the lights on and provide you support.

If you’re not satisfied with our services, we will refund your subscription fee for the month. However, please keep in mind you are responsible for any mobile balances associated with your phone number.

Yes, each carrier has taxes and service fees associated with their plan. For the T-Mobile Magenta and Magenta Max plan, the taxes are already included in the price. For Verizon and AT&T, you should expect about ~$5 for taxes and service fees.

Yes, our plans are directly from the carrier themselves. If your phone supports eSIM then we’ll accept it!

All of our plans are postpaid. Your first month’s bill will include an activation cost from the carriers, a prorated (partial month) cost based on your billing cycle, as well as the next month’s mobile costs.

Absolutely not. Each line’s data usage is separate from what your entire family uses. Your line, your data.

Circledin is a platform where we connect Account Owners and members to maximize their savings. Members join each Circle in accordance with the terms and conditions of use of each service. Account Owners and Members agree to comply with the terms in order to share without breaking any terms and conditions in our trusted community.

Account Owner FAQs

If requested by the Account Owner, we will contact the carrier to block international data to prevent this from happening.

Every member is responsible for their own bill. Circledin guarantees full payment to the Account Owner each month so there are no disruptions to your service. In the event that a member does not pay, we can remove the member from the Circle and prevent them from joining other plans.

Our services require you to bring your own device.

The member leaving is responsible for paying their bill until the end of their cycle. Circledin will transition them out and we may slot a new person if needed.

To remove your Circle, you must let us know at least 30 days in advance. You must transfer ownership to another user in the family to take over the role of Account Owner.

You must agree to a transfer of service, then Circledin will handle the migration.

Member FAQs

If you would like to leave your Circle, go to My Profile > Subscription Manager and click “Request to Leave” on the respective plan. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

To provide a trusted, seamless experience, we verify all of our Account Owners. In the event that they decide to leave their Circle, they will go through a transfer of service/change of responsibility which Account Owners have agreed to prior to posting up their plan.

We verify all our Account Owners to prevent anything unusual from happening to your service.

Circledin acts as the account manager on all accounts so Account Owners and members are as off-hands as possible.

Call logs, data usage, however nothing in detail such as text messages or images.

Circledin guarantees on-time payments so in the event that this occurs, no services will be disrupted.

What if someone deletes my line?

The likelihood of someone deleting your line is low. If we are aware of an unauthorized cancellation, we will work with the carriers to try and retrieve that line. For extra security, you can forward your number to Google Voice. You can link your number by downloading the app > Settings > Devices and numbers > New linked number.

Caller ID/911/Service Address

Right at the time we provision your line, we update your caller ID and change your service address to ensure the proper tax rates. In the case of an emergency, first responders will know your address.

If your Account Owner chooses to leave the service, we will transfer ownership of the account to another member of the Circle or transfer you to another Circle.
